I was studying theory and experimenting IRL but I realised that it was to the point of becoming overly insecure and self-conscious about it, so I took a break and went on "don't give a fuck" mode and tried to just go about my day without thinking about any of this stuff and seeing if I've changed at all at a base level.

Eye contact and everything else is WAY easier now, because I just feel it out. If someone looks at me, I don't try to hold frame. I might raise my eyebrows like "yo what's up" and the continue what I was doing without overthinking. I also have boundaries for the most part and can speak up for myself. No issues right? Well, no. There's still tons of shit that's fucking with me.

(1) Even if I don't care about getting chicks because I haven't dated in literally five years, it gets in the way of everything. Consciously, I don't care. But subconsciously, I still haven't dealt with it.

(2) Because of the first point, insecurities will come up from nowhere, which are related to it. Either about my looks, my value, or just about anything. I'll even start being intimidated by more attractive guys because I view them in the light of them pulling more. Like jeez, it took me a while but I never realised it was this bad. I'm so aware of the issue at this point that it's like I'm an emotionally mature person living in the body of an emotionally insecure ape and addressing the issues that biology cursed me with just so that I can evolve out of it and grow as a person.

TL;DR It doesn't matter how much I improve or focus on other things or "DGAF", as long as I don't learn how to pull it will always be an inner demon because it drags me down in the same way that not having a driver's license or phone with wifi/GPS does as an adult. That inner demon is the root that then manifests insecurities which drain my mental energy and pull me away from my purpose. I need to find a way to deal with this, with this inner demon in mind. Any advice?
