I'm getting back into playing piano and working on my singing. Is this practical at all in the seduction process?

Dude, don't use it to woo women. Do it because you want to. Make seduction your side thing, and personal development first and foremost. Different women will react differently to it - some positively, some negatively. The best thing you can do is just do it because you honestly love it. If a girl thinks it's cool, cool. If a girl thinks it's tacky, you don't need her in your life. Move right along.

Just the fact that you are learning is something that women will find very attractive. It shows a motivation that you are trying to better yourself and pursue your dreams. Just make sure you are passionate when you talk about it and it will do wonders for you.

As for actually playing, yes. A women who already finds you somewhat attractive will melt as soon as you play a beautiful (even if it is simple) piece of music. Playing the piano for her will be tough as you will probably only be able to do it at your place. (Which is still good for getting her into bed). Singing though, if you can work it into your normal fun way of acting can be very attractive and doesn't require some random instrument to magically appear. I once broke into a duet of "A whole new world" with a new friend of mine around a dinner table. I had only known most of these people for a few days or so. Everyone's jaws dropped when they heard us sing. Needless to say, my social value went up.

In my experience (as a classically trained pianist): yes. Girls like it when a guy has interests other than sports, and especially if it is something arts-related, like music.

Music is a great way of bonding with people and creating memories, and even more so when one (or in some cases, both) of you actually create(s) the music. Remember the feeling you get when you hear a specific song which has a nice memory attached to it? That feeling gets even stronger when someone has actually performed the music themselves.

You're doing the right thing here!

I took lots of lessons when I was a kid. I've been on a bit of a hiatus and decided to pursue it again as a side passion.....Any of you music guys have some advice for using this to woo women?

Yeah. Asshat Billy is right. Don't try to use it as a tool in itself. Do it because you love it.

It might be a good conversation piece IF the conversation naturally allows for it but I wouldn't try to shoehorn it in or it'd seem like humble brag.

If things get far enough along though, you might be able to use it as a good excuse to invite someone over to your place for wine and a "piano concert." IF you at least have a keyboard or piano of some kind at your home.

Like people are saying, do it because you love it. I love acoustic guitar, and that's why I'm going to start playing. I had no intention of trying to get girls with it, but my friend who has been playing for a few years was strumming his guitar and even I fucking swooned. If you and the girl have a passion for music, she'll love it. In the end, do things because you want to.

If you do, then good for you. If you don't, and are doing it to 'woo' the ladies, you've got to rethink your priorities.
