It takes time and professionalism to analyze the root cause behind your depression (or it sounds like it). I’d suggest you get a professional help.

Even if there’s a professional here, she or he can’t help you unless you do 1 on 1 in few meetings or sessions. You gonna need to tell them your family history, work and school history, childhood upbringings, all traumas etc.

I have to ask a serious question and I absolutely am asking this without any malice and am NOT asking this to be insulting:

You've made nine posts here in two weeks. What are you really trying to accomplish in this subreddit? Are you just venting and looking for bros to support you? If that's the case, I got you. Are you hoping that if you post enough you'll get the perfect advice to turn you into Don Juan? If so, I can tell you that won't happen. Most of the advice here is generic and doesn't teach much (even some of the self professed teachers here give the most generic and unhelpful advice I could possibly read). You're not going to turn into a super pimp just from advice on here.

A lot of the advice you're asking for you already know the answers to. If you're taking too long to respond to texts, the solution is simple. Stop taking so long to respond to texts. If you're not in the mood to talk to women, just don't. Be happily single for a little while. If you're trying to find a way to psych yourself up, I can tell you from experience that sometimes you gotta bite the bullet and spit some game even when you'd rather not. I got dumped badly two years ago and I forced myself to meet other women when all I wanted to do was curl in a ball and cry. I'm glad I did because I slept with four other women that week and I'm still seeing one of them. I dated another one of them for almost a year. Bite the bullet, champ. Women aren't going to come to you if you don't put in the work. That goes for after you've slept with them, too. Relationships take energy and work to be successful.

If you prefer neurotypical women, date them. If you're worried about your body count, that can be solved with sex workers.

You know the answers that you're asking us for already. Go and do them.
