Indian women are definitely hard mode because they have been protected from the messages about hedonism and casual sex. However, they are still women so there are strategies that work, you just have to engage their hamster in different way.

Women are women man. Seduction books shouldn't teach you to be sexual and touch the girls straight away. Any woman will respond positively to a confident and fun approach. If you are doing cold approach in India I'd advice you to start super friendly because of the sexual harassment problem there.. But other than that, what works on American women will work on Indian women.

I have approached a lot of them here in Australia (Indian girls that have just came from India, not born here), and they are the friendliest and never encountered any problems cold approaching them. And they are not "reserved" as you think, if you know what I mean ;)

Let me give you my thoughts on what works in India. Let's just say, I have a good record. Casual sex etc happens in India, in B tier towns too. Apply my advice and you can get a good relationship. And please no dm. There is no step by step algorithm, but I can tell broadly (which is similar to what is there in books) in Indian context.

Manna hai toh mano, warna yaar apki marzi. I'll tell, rest is upto you to practice and apply.

Some ground realities: 1. Bollywood has ruined most Indian men, so you have high chances, and if things work, you'll score fast. Indian women are same as western counterparts in "every way". Just play your cards right.

Go, approach, but remember the number of rapes, stalkers and ashiqs is very high in India. Remember chapak? Yes that's why women don't want to talk to every stranger in India, you don't know when one will become an ashiq. So, what to do?
Castism is an issue. It's a deep problem, just acknowledge and let it go. So, chances are that some woman won't talk to you because of social approval etc. So, no big deal, just move on.

So, here is what to do: 1. Approach, but remember that rejection rate will be high. It is high every where, but yes it'll be high in India. Due to any reason(who cares). It's ok. My purpose is to approach and not do a thesis on why rejection rate is high.

Take things a little slow. Indirect openers work well, 70% of the time. Don't tell that she is hot or beautiful, (like in books), but tell her you find her intersting, smart, or something relatable. (Even if it's a lie), or say you like talking to her, and ask her number. Then ask her out.

As I said earlier, most men in india have been ruined by Bollywood. Be bold, ask what you want. Be prepared to take rejection and walk away. That's something indian women cannot take, that a man can walk away from them. 4.Don't obsess over one woman. If you obsess just over one (like bollywood) you'll ruin your life. Never stalk their fb or social media etc. And most No let's be friends stuff. Just no. Your time has value, if she plays games or you don't get what you want just be brave to walk away.(which is rarely shown in bollywood).
Use the pickup lines, yes use them, but once Ice has been broken, then. They work, because most girls have never heard these. They laugh and appreciate your confidence that you can speak something so stupid with smile and confidence.

I understand what you're saying. I am an Indian. And the way you have portrayed is an excuse of not going out and finding an Indian woman. They do come from protective background. Many of the them give a reason about the "Caste" when you ask them out. But don't let it discourage you. A woman is the same in all cultures. She has same instincts and psychology. She may not be much open to casual sex in the beginning(Majority of the girls around the world aren't). But the more you improve and work on yourself, you can get any chick anywhere around the world irrespective of their background. She needs to see you as an "Alpha". Once she sees you have all those qualities, she wouldn't give a fuck about the excuses she gave you. So don't let this excuse define you that Indian women are hard. Women are same everywhere. You need to improve your game instead of giving the excuse. I used to think the same and I got the same advice. I improve and worked harder on myself. If you showcase you being an Alpha, even a virgin chick will want to have sex with you just because you want it with no strings attached. Have abundance. Improve and learn.

All the stuff you are talking about are just self imposed boundaries. If you believe indian women are harder or they focus on your skin colour then that mentality will rub off on the women you are approaching. All you have to do is calibrate to the situation of you see them closing up because you are too forward but make sure to keep it man to woman.

I've found the cultural barrier between white men and indian women to be tough to overcome, especially if they're still in close contact with their parents and culture. Western and Indian culture have a lot of fundamental differences that put a strain on relationships. It's definitely something that's possible to overcome, but just be advised that it will often exist. I'd advise learning as much about India and it's different states/cultures as you can, so you can better understand her in the relationship.

My advice to you would be to genuinely be yourself and try to get to know girls on emotional level first before you make any attempt to go physical in your relationship. Work up your conversational skills and body language bro, maintain a good physique (bonus) . Try good books like "Models" by Mark Manson for understanding male-female dynamics instead of going for this shitty PUA tricks taught by these "online dating gurus".

How about this? ‘Dealing with Indian women’ isn’t the problem. How about you start with yourself and truly investigate if you have anything to offer. If you’re resorting to self help books to seduce women, then you reek of desperation and that’s just sad.
Can you hold an interesting conversation? Are you well read? Do you truly believe you’re worth spending time on?
