Nah, you're on the right track.

I personally don't do 3rd dates.

Date 1: drinks. at least a makeout and heavy petting, (ass grab etc) and I'm gonna try to get her back to my place.

Date 2: Nature walk or something physical and try to get sexual (more makeout, fingering etc)

Date 3: Meet at my place for drinks and bang.

Ejections:

Date 1: Avoids kiss (rare but I won't see her again)

Date 2: If she's stopping escalation, she's got sexual hang-ups or she's trying to back-burner me for a better option (I'll drop her off and won't reach out to her, if she hits me up, I tell her to come to my place. If she makes an excuse, I end it with "If you change your mind, you know my address.")

Date 3: Same as date 2.

While I know that with some women, if I put in more time I could probably bag them, I realized long ago that the harder you work for a girl, juice wasn't worth the squeeze.

Ideally, you are looking for the girl who is all "Fuck yeah, you're hot and I'm down" from the beginning. Anything else, you're just competing with other men and she can't make a decision so eject her and find someone worth your time.

well, if u forget about girls bc their not interested, maybe change your M/O. being super direct can be good but it’s better if you actually try to get to know her before checking if she’s interested. if she’s not interested, and you don’t see her as a friend, forget her and move on. i wouldn’t try harder to make her interested, but you can keep getting to know her in a friend way (unless ur feelings are too strong). but being to pushy won’t make a girl interested when’s she’s not into you, it will make her uncomfortable. giving up to easy is not bad! but like idk as a girl i feel a little icky if a guy talks to me and tosses me away if i’m not romantically interested. sometimes being friends is better. talk to girls as friends and feel out the vibe, usually you will know if they are interested and then u can try harder.

What do you mean by "try harder"? Most girls won't give you direct rejection, they will just pretty much ignore you and say whatever just to pass some time. If the circumstances aren't right for her, then it is even better to stop making an effort and let the situation settle out naturally.
