It's not weird. Those women probably just have a lot in common with you. Let's say you're a Rockstar and you bang a lot of rock chicks but you don't have success with chicks that like rappers.

Having success with a certain type of woman is normal. This can apply with people along any demographic line, really. You can be successful with women of a certain race, economic standing, professional group, interests group, or anything really.

Some guys refer to this as “tribes,” and will typically stress the importance of knowing your tribe to increase your odds of success.

On the topic of “mid” women, these women are not in a tribe— as middle tier women typically fall into any demographic group.

But what I will say is this: if you are attracting a lot of these women, it can really only mean two things. The first is that you are also average and thus attracting your “looks match,”—which I would be skeptical of because women like dating up—or it means you are very attractive, and a lot of these women feel like they are dating up when dealing with you.

Something that a lot of guys—particularly attractive guys—tend to overlook is that they will usually get an outsized response from mid, or even unattractive women. Usually we conflate this with being unattractive ourselves, but what a lot of guys do not understand is that mating customs differ between unattractive women and attractive women.

Unattractive women will typically shoot their shots through direct communication. Their game is predicated on being forward because guys—particularly, attractive guys—are not clocking for them on a regular basis. Thus, the alternative to not being looked for is making their presence known.

Attractive women will typically shoot their shot through subtle communication. Instead of directly approaching, they make themselves available to be approached through subtle cues such as eye contact, and physical proximity. The reason why attractive women do this is because men ARE clocking for them, so their game is primarily predicated on not simply being approached, but being approached by the right guy—because unlike unattractive women, they will get approached by everyone.

Here’s the thing that a lot of guys also don’t know: attractive women and unattractive women tend to see the same things when looking at a guy. They can agree on who they find physically or mentally attractive, but where they differ is in their overall ability to secure someone they are highly attracted to.

Though the unattractive woman will shoot her shot directly, she also knows probability of reciprocated interest is going to be rare. As far as the attractive woman, though she may find a man physically attractive, most times they will not shoot their shot because a rejection could potentially put a dent in their own self perception—particularly when this self perception is validated by men regularly approaching.

So what does this all mean? Well, it means that if you are cleaning up with mid tier girls, you can probably also do well with hot girls too—because the sheer volume of mid tier women likely validates that you are more attractive than they are. But where you may need to improve is in your ability to identify the signals that hot women give you, as well as knowing how to navigate interactions with hot women.

but yeah, it's not at all weird to have more success with a certain type of girl. Happens with most guys I know. Like my friend who has a face full of tats will always attract certain hot young party girls or tatted up rock chicks or whatever. For some reason, Indian girls have always loved me! (unfortunately not really what I'm attracted too)

I felt the same when I started cold approaching, I think there’s a good number of women who you have a huge advantage in sleeping with just by cold approaching, since it’s so rare nowadays

Unless you’re completely socially disconnected, you’re out there sleeping with women, so be proud of that. That said, plenty of guys would agree that most of Hollywood is actually pretty mid.

When I worked with AfterBuzz TV back in the day, I saw actors show up in pajamas, and you’d never even guess they were famous. I’ve also dated strippers and porn stars, and honestly, most of them would still be considered mid in real life. so stop looking up porn is my biggest take away because evently even the hotties women ever will turn mid in your eyes
