Extemely introverted,20(M)So theres this girl in my class, I'm in my 2nd year of campus, but we've been eye fucking since the first day we met in 1st year. she glances and then we lock eyes for a second then look away. multiple times in a 2 hour class, It's become like a ritual at this point.

It is a sexually tense kind of eye contact, no smile,but also no frown,just sexual tension for 2 years now. we have never spoken.

Recently, I noticed that she was around me a lot during a practical lab session, but wasn't too keen on the lab specimens, sorta just following me around.(It made me kinda nervous,lol)

I've been thinking of finally approaching her

I would've approached her but : My friend(M) known for sleeping with many girls tried to bag her. he said that she was impossible to just sleep with and she wanted a committed relationship,and marriage, before sex. (note; I'm objectively more attractive than him),

:She is from an extremely well to do family(she pays 6x the amount I pay for tuition fee because I'm government sponsored) hence a relationship with her seems unfeasible.

: While she is a very, very beautiful girl, I am not willing to get into a committed relationship at 20.(previous experience)

: Previously girls have given me the eyes but when I approach I seem to be dragging the conversations and end up not asking for their number( I'm heavy on not forcing stuff)

I know that to win the lottery, you must buy a ticket, but am I right for this or am I just overthinking it? Should I approach her or not?
