Personally? I dress well, work out enough to look good in clothes (still lazier than I could be but it's noticeable), keep my mouth shut when I have nothing to say, stand up straight or with feet shoulder width apart, personal style but I sit knee over knee or lean in my chair and get that comfortable look, enjoy my surroundings, knowing how to look with interest but not necessarily making eye contact right after so as to play cat and mouse etc.

It's right. Don't get me wrong conversation is powerful, but it is most powerful as a way to demonstrate your value. I do everything I can to increase my value, for myself and women. Gym, dress well, make more money, get good at more things, learn about more things, the list is endless.

Go to the gym, invest your money wisely, study hard, work hard (making the right career choices), have interesting hobbies, enjoy your free time with good people, dress well, eat well and live for yourself, not for the others.
