Has to do with your perceived self worth. Perhaps even abandonment issues, where you couldn't stand a women leaving you, so rather than taking that risk you leave her before she has the chance to do so. Perhaps your mom or dad weren't there physically or emotionally as a child?

Im not going to pretent to be a psychologist but you should definitely talk to one if you get the chance.

What I would recommend to you is to actually force rejection and abandonment so the negative emotion arises and you can feel it fully, no judgment just feeling.

Go approach some girls if you got the guts, invite them out and act like a complete incel on the date and at home. Send them thousands of messages till they block you. That is what I would recommend.

Your goal in life is to become the best man you can be so any woman that is interested in you is afraid to lose you.

Also jealously is a female trait.

The only thing you are responsible for in this situation is your own feelings of insecurity, you can't control the world.

With that said, the only way to interact with a feeling is by feeling it. The act of 'feeling' is processing it. You have to get out of your own way and allow it to process and release fully.

The issue is that you don't want to because it's painful. Trying to understand the feeling, analysing, projecting it onto the world and trying to control and manage something you can't is suffering. "The only way out is through."

I saw your profile history and it looks like you have a crippling social media addiction, and it's ruining your ability to have real world human connection. That's probably the reason why you assume that women in the real world aren't worth pursuing.

On social media, relationships are disposable and easy to discard if the person you're engaging with doesn't agree with you on everything. When you spend all of your "social life" online, you end up applying that idea to real life. It makes it impossible to connect with anyone.

When that mindset exists, anyone you meet in the real world is seen as an enemy first, and your brain is looking for reasons to not accept them.

The social media addicted brain sees a woman and says, "If she didn't save herself for me she's trash. I will dump her the first time anything goes wrong, so what's the point?" The brain that's adapted to real life says, "She might be seeing other people right now, but that's okay. I'm not her boyfriend and she's allowed to have a life of her own. Let's see what happens."

You should get the book Digital Minimalism. It talks about how to beat social media addiction and reclaim your life from the algorithms. You should be able to get a copy from your library.

ETA: I saw your posts about lack of sex drive. That could be low-T amplified by depression and any coping mechanisms that you're using to deal with it (like alcohol, other recreational drugs, antidepressants, and being inactive). If you don't want to or can't see a doctor to get tested, you can get your testosterone levels checked by buying a test on Amazon. There's videos on YouTube that can show you how to increase your testosterone naturally.
