My god. Night game is brutal, especially when you are used to daygame. I tried applying lines and techniques from daygame at night, and got destroyed. Girls would say things like "This conversation is over." "We are having girls night out please leave." "You're boring. Bye." And of course "We both have boyfriends.". Real nasty stuff I have almost never heard in daygame.

It was awful. I've never seen this kind of reaction ever in daygame. I didn't know what to do.

Here are a few lessons I learned:

  1. What I am sure of is to never compliment at night. They must get that a lot.

  2. Come up with canned routines at night. This seemed to gain the most attention out of anything I did. Usually this doesn't work with daygame.

  3. Learn how to dance. This was pivotal and something I missed out on. I don't know how to dance and everyone who was able to dance had an advantage.

  4. Be visual. With the music beating hard it is near impossible to hear someone speak. This means that your visual body language goes so far.

  5. The phone number means absolutely nothing at night. Go all in or change sets.

  6. Peacocking goes a long way. I could see someone like Mystery thriving at a bar scene like this one.

  7. Before approaching ask yourself: does this girl look receptive? Who is she with?

  8. Have a completely different mindset from daygame. Use different openers and have routines prepared.

  9. Understand that tie competition to get a girl's attention is way harder at night than during the day. At night she gets hit on constantly and you have to be aware of that and try to stand out.

  10. Be high energy. During the day this can scare away women but at night you have to be high energy in order to pull.

These are just some of the things I learned from nightgaming.
