The way you do long distance is by not doing long distance. You need to be meeting other women because she's going to be meeting tons of guys too. Don't put too much effort into this girl and all of your eggs in one basket.

Waiting 6 months to see her again is ridiculous and it's really hard to maintain attraction until then. The fact that you're already thinking about marrying a girl that you've met for a few days on vacation is insane. Have you even had sex with her yet? You know nothing about this girl. You just seem really needy and desperate with no other options. This girl isn't that special no matter how much you think she is.

Ok, just kidding… kinda… Let me explain.

Long distance relationships goes against human nature, the way relationships last is by spending time together bonding showing physical affection, overcoming challenges together, touching, hugging, spending quality time face to face.

None of this is posible over texts, video calls, etc. Eventually, one of you stops being on the same page as the other, and it’s sucks for the person who is more invested as they feel the interest of the other fading away gradually and steadily no matter what they do.

They keep bullshiting themselves they maybe they have to try some new trick or some new stuff to keep the relationship alive.

They don’t get that it’s not in their control to control human nature, specially of another person. It’s normal that people eventually become less attached and respond more to new stimulus from new people they can actually see in real life.

You can’t really fight against it, let alone when the other person stop being on the same page as you. You cannot do anything to fully prevent it, and it’s not a matter of if, but when one of you will lose interest.

The best action is to break up on good terms until you can have another chance at being together again in a permanent way. Because while breaking up when everything was going good may suck, and be sad, it actually makes it mor likely that the heart will feel nostalgic and want to relieve the magi again one day.

see alot of negative responses to Long distance here, i've done it several times with success. But it does take a certain type of perspective, personality and how much you like this person.

ultimately there has to be an end goal where it's no longer, long distance, that's where one or both of you are moving to the same location. I would try and find this out sooner rather than later. If there's no chance of being together then that's a dead end my friend.

If the energy and vibe is good, persue it, if your goals to sleep with multiple women well this isn't aligned to that path and you will resent the distance. If your view is to find good connection with one person then this can work. You need to be honest with yourself on this part, spend a week thinking about this.

I would recommend you book regular visits if you're financially able to do so. Once a month is my minimum, But I do twice a month given my situation. Make sure you are both committed to spending time together to make it work.

There are struggles to be overcome and you will develop your emotional relationship at a higher rate than your physical. But when you do meet it's truly exceptional, just manage those ups and downs.

I wish you the best and don't worry delayed gratification didn't hurt anyone. You can have something unlike anything else and it's just the consequence of logistics that stop you from accessing it but please note, the raw ingredients need to be there, so find this out.
