Others have made some good points. I have a counterpoint. Sometimes it’s not anything you did wrong. Maybe the other person has some issues that it’s not your job to heal. Ask her what happened if you want to. If not, move on. Don’t let it discourage you.

You did something to piss her off. Don't know what that is, but that's the only reason she'd make you persona non grata. Either that or she's married and doesn't want her husband to know.

You most likely did nothing wrong. She might’ve been already talking to someone or found someone else. Or just simply had a change of heart and that’s okay. Just let it go and move on, don’t try to find answers and don’t let it stop you from approaching other women!

I disagree with those saying you were going too fast. While it's possible, she would not be asking you if you're free often and messaging you constantly if she was worried it was too fast.

There are a number of ways this may have gone. Some suggested maybe she had a boyfriend or husband and when it got serious she realized it threatened her own relationship and the easiest thing to do is ghost (least painful for her at least)

She could also have mental health issues. I once dated a girl very similar story to yours for 3 weeks. She ghosted after and it turned out she was bipolar. I met her in a manic state which is why she was so addicted to me, and then her depressive state hit and I was basically nothing to her.

You don't know her story. Don't assume it was you. You did nothing wrong.

oh man I know the feeling right, last girl I dated was the same lol, we talked for like 2 hours, we meet in the one of the college lunch areas, it was great, we parted ways 2 months later haha, she did it lmao, definitely OP, you should only use the phone to set up the next date and just date her once per week, that's just the bare minimun but it's more complex hahaha, just keep going, meet more women, remember there is no scarcity of women, especially in university.

You were going too fast, rushing things way too much. She thought about it and realised that. She barely knows you and she already met your friends, she felt you would lock her down into a commitment when she wasn’t even ready and decided she had to just end things now.

This has nothing to do with cold approach.

This has to do with you acting like as soon as a girl gives you positive attention, not even 3 weeks pass and now she is a woman you are ready to marry, this attitude/this vibe will turn off 99.99% of women out there.
