Don't be surprised if she has a much better idea of what she wants than the average 23 yo.

And she may be more direct than you are used to.

Enjoy it! They call older women "experienced" for a reason.

Plenty of women in that age range take care of themselves and may even be an empty nester as well. Around the same age as OP and I definitely have more in common with a more mature 40s woman vs. someone who is in college/grad school or still regularly partying. At 32, you have plenty of options.

I prefer someone completely out of college, working on her own and not still relying on mommy and daddy to bail her out. Late 20s to early 30s is usually a good sweet spot with some life experience and maturing, along with a little leeway if you get serious and want to naturally have children together down the line. Obviously individual results may vary, but you do you.

I think the habits are more clear.

Let me explain, in the 20s bracket, you can't tell if someone has a good diet/ healthy habits based on their body since some women can still drink, don't sleep and eat junk food and still look hot.

In the older bracket, if you have not slept, drank every day and eat nothing but junk food for 10+ years, then it is easier to tell.

All of that just to say that good and bad decisions compound over time (the same is true for relationships)
