Hey Seddit!

I wondered if I should post this here. They are a couple of very unrelated questions I've had for a long time and that I've been meaning to ask someone who knows more than me.

Feel free to answer the ones you want or to direct me to any resources you recommend.

Please bear in mind they are mostly inner game related. Here they go:

  1. You're walking down the street. Walking the same route coming from the other end of the street is a girl. You look at her eyes and she looks back at you for a split second and then looks away (not down). Is it normal to maintain eye contact? Should you smile?

  2. Good conversation topics. During social gatherings, not necessarily when trying to pick someone up, what are good topics to try to "spur" a conversation? And during dates? Besides politics and religion are there any other topics you steer away from?

  3. How do you build a group of friends? I have barely any friends, no role models and I don't know any alphas. What can I do about it?

  4. Generally speaking, is it better to ask questions, listen (and then keep asking questions); or ask questions, listen, add a story of your own/your opinion and proceed asking questions? Should you avoid talking about yourself ("remove" yourself from the conversation?)?

  5. On a RSD clip on youtube, the soulless ginger man-devil, said.. kidding ;-) but really, Owen said something along the lines of "you have to judge the girl according to your own values and beliefs". In practical terms, what does that mean?

Thank you for your patience. For those of you who read this and chimed in with helpful advice, do know you've been a welcome gust on the back of someone on the road to self-improvement and fulfilment ;-)
