I've been playing with seduction theory for a while now, and have gotten pretty good at talking and escalating with averagely attractive girls because I'm not actually attached to them so I find whatever outcome easy. But today I finally decided to step out of my easy comfort zone and go say hi to a really hot girl. Admittedly I thought it would be somewhat easier because she'd been giving me eyes across the club all night, but as soon as I went over to her and said hey and asked her what her name was she instantly pivoted 180• and blanked me.

This result is basically the accumulation of all the approach anxiety I've had all the years I've been scared to go and say hi. To be so totally and absolutely rejected like that, like I am so completely disgusting that even any conversation isn't worthwhile makes me feel so unattractive and so fucking unworthy that I'm finding it hard to go talk to another girl that hot again.

What's my next step seddit, because honestly I'm feeling defeated and like I can't ever get out there again.
