This is my pattern. I'm finding it a little frustrating, sometimes ridiculous. Looking for tips from guys who are out there regularly meeting women.

  1. I haven't approached in a few weeks, feel rusty, and I miss an opportunity with a woman I really wanted to meet. Everything was perfect: she was looking stunning, well-dressed, by herself. I had everything I needed to approach. But I get nervous or make some sort of excuse or wait too long and don't approach, or she's gone when I decide to.

  2. Frustration builds. Usually a similar experience happens again, and I get really frustrated. I say fuck it, I'm going to socialize with as many women as I can.

  3. I start doing so, approaching regularly. Meeting women with regularity. At some point a few weeks or months later, I get frustrated with how few I actually like, or with the constant effort. I decide to take a break from women.

  4. Step 1 repeats: I come across a stunning woman in a perfect scenario, but because I've been keeping my distance, it's much harder to approach her and I don't. Frustration builds. I decide to get in the swing of things again. Step 2. I start meeting a lot of women, Step 3. Then I slow down, leading to Step 4. Repeat.

Quite frustrated with this cycle tbh, but the only way I can approach with ease is when I'm approaching often. Anyone else, or just me? Can any of you take 3 months off and just pick up where you left off? I can't, at least not mentally, I have to override the excuses a few times and have a few positive receptions to get into the swing of things again.
