So there's this girl... Big surprise! We've been flirtatious with each other, off and on, for a long time now. We work at the same company, but in different buildings and for different bosses / different departments. She's got a boyfriend of 3 years, but she's always telling me what a drag he is and basically tells me that despite his desire for increased commitment, she's not really interested.

So anyway, recently, things have heated up between us. At least, I feel that way... I do tend to overestimate a woman's body language signals and assume they're sexual when to her they may be more friendly in nature. In any case, here's what happened...

So we spend a few weeks, during our brief interactions on smoke breaks to basically just stare at each other from across the way. I turn to look at her, she's staring at me, smiles, I smile and turn back to my conversation. I look back again, she looks at me, and we just stand there looking at each other. Cool. She compliments me on my clothes often (daily almost) and has said something about my eyes a couple of times.

I go to her cubicle and start talking to her, acting as confident as I can, and generally getting a good vibe from her. She often will touch my feet with her feet when we're sitting close together. She'll touch my hand or my arm when we're having some friendly banter and the other week, for a birthday present I assume, she comes up to me on my way back from lunch and gives me a huge, full contact hug (breasts pressed firmly against me, head resting on my cheek, arms around my neck - hard squeeze). Since then she's gone out of her way to get me to spend some time working closely with her (twice) and made several knee to knee touches under the table, pouts her lips when I'm looking at them and then drops her eyes to the floor when I look up at her.

So this all sounds pretty good to me... Although, she's burned a couple other guys I work with. Neither of whom I think ever really had a chance, but still. It happened to them, it could happen to me, right? I don't want to get burned obviously... Is there some way I can call her out on being a tease, nicely, without making her uncomfortable? I'd really like to date her after she dumps her current BF, but I'm not going to play the fool for anyone. I don't buy her shit or pay for anything when we go out (I'm going out to lunch with her and some other friends tomorrow) and she doesn't pressure me to spend money on her. She may just be an attention seeker. I don't really know.

Any advice? Thanks...

EDIT #2: *Why did I get downvoted?** Come on... There's no reason for that. I'm just looking for advice. Help me gain a little visibility because more visibility will invite more varied responses, which I would really appreciate.*

EDIT #3: OK so the consensus seems to be... Just enjoy the flirtation and don't proceed over zealously. Not exactly what I was hoping for, but I suppose there's a chance that things can escalate further. I'll be sure to invite her out for drinks sometime soon assuming the mood remains how it is now.
