Yesterday Neil Strauss was on Howard Stern. He was there because he’s going to be interviewing Stern for Rolling Stone later.

My opinion:

I love Neil Strauss. He’s the reason I got into game. But I don’t think he did so well. He said he was unprepared, so maybe that’s why. He was speaking way too fast. He was stuttering. He wasn't relaxed and joking back with Howard. He acted embarrassed about his past, his techniques and what he does with women. He seemed ashamed. You gotta own that shit.

What I think makes this interview worth hearing is Richard Roeper, the movie critic who comes on the show briefly. Richard is a true alpha. He did everything right, everything Neil should have done. When Stern made fun of Roeper, saying his family must puke when they see you, he did exactly the right thing. Agree and amplify.

The worst part was where Stern asks Neil about his sex life. Neil should have deflected, or if he did reveal something, it should have been something risqué and fun rather than embarrassing about his girl. Bad form. Stern tried to do the same thing with Roeper and he deflected nicely.
