Dont do this. If I was really interested in a girl at the library I would approach her or wait until i see her around. I cant even think of anything good this letter would say and it completely ignores buiding rapport.

Don’t listen to others, have a “fuck it” mentality, it might work. But don’t overdo it.

First, try to make yourself known to her. Be in her proximity for a few minutes just so she acknowledges you or make an eye contact with her. If she looks back at you a few times, you can smile to her and then “focus on your studying”

If you find a girl interesting, you can simply walk past her at the end, give her a piece of paper that says something like “Hey, you seem like an interesting girl, I’d like to get to know you, here’s my instagram: @yourusername”.

If she finds you at least a bit interesting, she will follow you (phone number and text could be too much so use insta) and you can strike up a conversation from there

try it, have fun, be polite and cordial, be respectful! ask them to do something like 'let's help each other study!' and then actually study with them, i guess that's what they are doing at the library (they mus have important things to do). Remember: augment the life experience by creating sincere honest respectful fun for those who you find important!

I would suggest being more short, funny, and to the point. No letter, a scrap piece of paper works. Don’t wait ten minutes, just wait beside her until she gives you her answer.
