Let's say you've gotten with a girl (fucked her, or at least got to second base or something), and now you're in this situation where you don't know what the future holds.

1) Maybe you like her and want to date her. How do you make that happen? Give me some real-world examples where you've started a relationship after being in this "grey" area.

2) Maybe you just wanted a fling, but she wants more than that. Maybe she asks you about it, or maybe her body language suggests that she wants more. How do you respond in a way that lets you off the hook and also gives her some solace?

3) Maybe you're entirely unsure of what you want. Maybe she asks about it, maybe she doesn't. How do you handle this situation? Are you just honest about it, or do you lead her on a bit (and do you do that in a malicious way, or is it meant to ease her tension about that?)? In my own situations with that, I've mostly led the girl on a bit (not because I'm an asshole -- though I won't deny that -- but because IMO blatant honesty isn't the best way to handle the situation in that instance).
