I started doing daygame again and got the phone number of 4 girls this week.

- Two of these were more of a "lets meet as friends"-case, since the girl either already had a boyfriend or the geographic distance was too big. In any case, both girl seem to have stopped replying to my texts in the meantime.

- The other 2 girls were more open and clearly single. But today, one of them told me that she wasn't really attracted to me, while the other girl confessed that she gave me her number in order not to be rude.

So has anyone else the feeling that number-closing doesn't mean anything? It kind of schocked me, because you see it in all those in-field videos as "proof" of someone's skill. Rahter, girls seem to be giving out their numbers simply to avoid negativity - even if I make clear that it's their decision and I'll accept any outcome.

Have you had similar experiences? And can I do anything to improve on this?
