One year into the game, made significant progress socially (esp. with women). But I have a sticking point.

I've always identified as somewhat of a Dark Triad. For those that don't know, it's a guy that embodies the three traits: narcissism, manipulative/Machiavellianism, and psychopathy. Now this is simply a personality trait that I am inclined to since childhood, where I'd always put myself (and my goals) first before anybody else. Some call this selfish but frankly, it's the reason why I am successful and inherently productive when it comes to my goals/ambitions, because I don't compromise for the sake of others.

Essentially, ever since I was young I have already adopted the frame that "I am important. My time, commitment, and presence is important because it's when I get things done and build my life".

A side effect of this is that "most people aren't worth my time because they don't benefit me -- I'd be making more progress deadlifting or studying than I would if I spoke to this person, so I'd rather do that instead".

This mentality has been great when holding frame with people that cross my boundaries: people that are late, cutting people that are negative, and calling people out on their bullshit. But at the same time, I realize now that I don't offer much value, and I believe fixing this sticking point will allow me to advance on my lifestyle in seduction.

While I might be a high-value male, I don't OFFER value. When an unattractive girl says "hi" to me, I make small talk with her just to be polite, then leave so I can focus on something more important like studying. If a low-value dude introduces himself or asks me to a social activity, I realize I won't gain anything from it, so I usually reject him politely because my mind is already thinking of the hundreds of things I could and would rather be doing than speak to this boring loser.

I know, it's a horrible and rather negative mindset to have. And I want to change.

I'm only a twenty in college, and I admit I'm a "Type A" workaholic that really prioritizes my goals (school, gym, females) and does not compromise for other people. It has given me the focus and determination to achieve great goals, but I think I'd be a better person overall if I adopted a mindset of giving value and happiness to the world than being so goal-oriented.

My question is: what frame/mentality should I have when offering value? And what distinguishes someone that offers value but isn't a doormat?
