Lots of older women will flake a consequence of having more time being exposed by societies bullshit programming, making women older than 33 a tougher road to navigate. I have most success with women older than 33 when they reciprocate having sex very early on (1st date indicators). Many will be disqualified by sheer virtue of being prude to the fullest extent (typically high earning tomboyish women).

Both parties have to be ultra clear on what the goal is. Imo the only realistic goal considering your age gap is consensual and respectful sex, not a relationship. Think friends with benefits. An age gap relationship can feel awkward (and lots of other things) for the older woman in this situation. I don’t think it helps you by framing her as insecure, and I also doubt it’s accurate. This can be an extremely rewarding and fun situation when it works. I agree with the advice to put the ball back in her court, only way to potentially salvage.
