So, last weekend at college I met a pretty cool freshman girl while at a party (im a sophomore), and over the course of the night everything went right. We hit off pretty much immediately, and I met her by seeing her basically begging for help from some clingy kid who was all over her, and after rescuing her and ditching the kid we eventually started hooking up. On the way back, we run into her roommate, who is also with a guy, and she basically told the girl i was with not to come back to their room. I use this to suggest we hang out back at my place, and everything just kinda fell into place, we have sex and pass out. The next morning is really awkward, and after finding her clothes she shakes my hand before leaving with a "nice to meet you". We were both fairly drunk, but no one was having trouble walking or speaking or anything, and she seemed capable of regular conversation the night before.

I text her a bit later in the day with a "hey, had a good time, we should hang out" type of thing, and never got a reply (I know, terrible text, wish i had seen this subreddit a week ago). A couple nights later, incredibly fucked up on a mixture of pot and alcohol I text her again, saying "alrite if you don't wanna talk, nothing i can do. Good luck with joining your sorority", and I got a response "no, im sure ill see you around somewhere".

Most likely, this means she isn't interested in me. But being new to college, and only having slept with 3 other guys (she claimed), I could also see it as embarassment, and she seemed really into me the night before. Anyways, at this point I was willing to write it off as a ONS, despite actually liking the girl, but instead of joining the sorority she was talking about a lot, which I didn't know very well, she joins a different one that is basically attached to my fraternity at the hip. This means that there is a 99% chance that I will see her over the next 3 nights, and if not then there is an event which me and my friends are going to that her sorority is hosting, so i know she will be there. I also still can't really get this girl out of my head. Ideally, I would love advice on how I could salvage the situation the next time I see her. But I also realize it may very well be a hopeless situation, and in that case I just want to do something to make it so that it isn't incredibly awkward between us, since it is unavoidable that I will be seeing her fairly often. (I already sort of have that relationship with another girl in a sorority we hang out with, and it isn't fun.)

So what do you guys think? I'm pretty much at a loss on this one as I'm generally a pretty awkward person, especially sober, so left to my own devices I will more then likely make it permanently awkward.

tl;dr: ONS with random freshman, she avoided me afterwards but seemed really into me that night, and is now joining the sorority that my frat constantly hangs out with; I need advice on how to either hook up with her again or at least be friends.
