I just posted this on a couple of other threads but I'll share it again here.

If you're learning game, you can still use pictures of beautiful women but differently than you've ever done before.

Study their faces and try to appreciate their inner and outer beauty and personality.

Porn is probably not the best for this, Instagram is a lot better because so many girls and photographers post nice portraits where you can really appreciate the girl's personality and mood. If a picture shows a girl's body you can train yourself to ignore it and focus on the woman's face and think about her as a potentially attractive human being not a piece of meat.

While you look at their face you can think about or actually practice banter and conversation on them.

This is to get over any fear you might have of approaching an attractive woman, starting and holding a conversation with her.

It's like an athlete studying pictures of the track and visualizing himself running down the track, leaping and clearing the hurdles and crossing the finish line first.

It largely depends on how are you using it and why you are using it. If porn is inhibiting you from investing the effort into meeting women (whether through online dating or cold approaching), then yes, cutting back or refraining for a definite period is a step in the right direction. If you are watching it to explore kinks, appreciate it for its production and artistic merits or for the sake of voyeurism, then yes, it is a good thing. However don't fixate on making it your prime source of sexual arousal. Cold approaching and flirtation should be a sexual activity in and of itself - it should in essence an initiation of foreplay. Prioritize deriving your sexual arousal from in person interactions over pixalated, stylized imagery. That way, over-dependence on porn will not be an issue. Also, if you are going to be watching porn try seeking out porn that is outside the realm of mainstream production values such as Brazzers and BangBros. Instead go for more sensual and female-focused porn - Erika Lust, Heagre, Girls Out West and Erstes are great examples. These producers of porn will show you a verve to porn that is distinct from the mainstream, contrived, phallocentric representation of sex and sexuality. Anything that is amateur or independently produced is generally going to give you a more realistic representation of sex than mainstream porn. I would also suggest staying away from hentai and 3D animated porn, as most of them present to you an anatomically unrealistic representation of human bodies. However, this is definitely not a substitute for practical sexual experiences with real life partners.

Game has nothing to do with porn - and vice versa. If anything, porn will give you a FALSE idea of what sex and pleasing a woman should be...making you NOT a good lover.
