This will be the first post of a series I am writing that includes a set of certain topics that will help you in developing an attractive lifestyle for yourself. I personally believe living an attractive lifestyle streamlines the seduction process as well as gives you more chances to interact with high value women. This first post will be about becoming more physically attractive. Future posts will include things like managing your emotions, developing social skills, seduction tactics that have worked for me, and whatever else I feel like writing about.

Physical Attractiveness

You can’t change some things, so let’s focus in on the things that we can. Starting with working out and going to the gym. Not only does the gym come with a ton of physical benefits, but it also supplies a way to release any anger/stress in a positive way. It also helps you build discipline. I like to go to the gym everyday unless I’m hungover as fuck, traveling, or really just not feeling it that day. I have been constantly complimented on my physique since senior year of high school and have been either maintaining or putting on lean muscle for the past 5-6 years. This is what I do as far as my workout routine and my diet. Note my workout routine is purely directed as aesthetics and looking/feeling good not for athletics.

Workout routine

Day 1: Chest/sometimes tricep day. I start with my heaviest weight then go down increasing my reps on the next set. This is just what I like to do.

  1. Bench press warm-up set + 3 working sets. Heavy set-6 reps, medium set-8 reps, light set-10 reps.
  2. Incline bench press, same thing except you can decide if you want to do a warm up set at this point or not.
  3. Seated cable chest fly 3 sets 10 reps each set.
  4. Dips 2 sets of ten, 1 set to failure.

I then end my first workout there. You should be physically tired after you are done with this workout. The afternoon workout is optional since your triceps will be worked out naturally by these four exercises. Depending on how I’m feeling after work/busyness/exc. I will go back to the gym and do triceps after work.

My tricep workout is as follows:

  1. Tricep rope extension 3 sets of 10.
  2. Sitting tricep dumbbell extension 3 sets of 8-10 reps.
  3. Skullcrushers 3 sets 8-10 reps.
  4. Dips 2 sets of ten, 1 set until failure.

Day 2: Back/sometimes biceps day

  1. To start of this day I do 3 sets of 15 weighted wide-grip pull ups. Depending on your fitness level start smaller and try to go up over time.
  2. Then I do seated/bent over row. 3 sets of 10 reps, starting with my heaviest set then going down in weight.
  3. Then lat pulldowns, 3 sets of 10 heaviest to lightest.
  4. Then reverse cable flies to finish the day out 3 sets of 10.

Same story as day 1, if I have the energy/time to go back to the gym I will if not it’s okay but here’s what I do for biceps.

  1. 3 sets of 15 weighted close grip-pull ups.
  2. Seated dumbbell curls 3 sets of 10.
  3. 3 sets of 21’s(look this up hard to explain) of straight or curled bar curls.
  4. 3 sets of 10 reverse bar curls.

Day 3: Shoulders

  1. You start with seated dumbbell press today. Warm up set to start. Heavy set first 6-8 reps. Medium set next 8-10 reps. Light set last 10-12 reps.
  2. Then I do alternating dumbbell front raises, 3 sets, 10 reps each arm.
  3. After that seated arnold press. Heavy set 6-8 reps, medium set 8-10 reps. Light set 10-12 reps.
  4. Then to finish things off dumbbell side raises 3 sets of 10.

Day 4: Legs

  1. Squats 1 warm up set then 3 working sets of 10 reps each.
  2. Leg press 3 sets 10 reps each.
  3. Leg extension 3 sets of 10 reps.
  4. Leg curls 3 sets of 10 reps. I also like to do some pull ups in between one of these sets, 3 sets of 10-15.

Abs

I workout my abs everyday 3 sets of 30 weighted sit ups on the decline bench

Calves

I workout my calves every other day 3 sets of 10 calf raises, 3 second hold/pause between each rep.

Cardio

I play in two intramural basketball leagues, that’s enough running for me. If you are serious about getting a six pack/losing fat I would suggest running 15-25 minutes after every workout ~2 miles at a 10 minute pace.

Supplements

C4 before morning workout, whey gold standard protein shake with milk/water after my workout.

Diet

Protein + carb + vegetable for lunch/dinner. Protein shake in the morning after I lift and when I get home in the evening. Usually a snack like a bag of chips or something at some point throughout the day. I don’t usually have any caffeine throughout the day besides my pre-workout. I drinks a lot of water and also chew on ice cubes throughout the day.

Fashion

As always we are all different people from different backgrounds and depending on your body type you may want to wear different things. Here are a couple basic looks that I think can work well for almost anyone. These first couple are good for those of you in shape.

  1. Jeans/khakis and a v-neck t shirt or short sleeve henley when it’s hot. https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/e0/50/d3/e050d3fb754a0cc286f463c1608fa165.jpg https://i.s-jcrew.com/is/image/jcrew/38089_KN0162_m?fmt=jpeg&qlt=90,0&resMode=sharp&op_usm=.1,0,0,0&wid=636&hei=636

  2. Cardigan/bomber jacket + white tshirt with jeans/khakis when it’s cold https://www.amazon.com/dp/B013QHUKN0/ref=twister_B00KOLV3WE

  3. Henley shirt + jeans and khakis when it's cooler out https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/83/d7/55/83d7559b93f2fc85a3cbea24d431b534.jpg

For guys who are less fit

  1. Button down + khakis/jeans. Classic simple and clean look. I have a ton of friends who aren’t in spectacular shape or anything but pull off this look very well and have pretty good success with women. https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/236x/92/a8/00/92a8006dd74cd2c6b3b16d8d50d17484--casual-button-down-shirts-casual-shirts.jpg
  2. Jeans/corduroys/khakis + button down/long sleeve + vest (this is a good look for all body types IMO) https://shop.r10s.jp/eebase/cabinet/00814266/img62045362.jpg

Shoes and accessories

  1. Shoes: I like cole haan for the quality but if you’re constantly going out just get a pair of brown sperry’s/boat shoes or something that will go with everything. J crew makes nice boots also but a little more on the pricy side. https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/81NRaRV4%2BlL._UX395_.jpg

  2. Watch/Wrist wear: Any watch that matches your belt/shoes will work or an apple watch/fitbit. Amazon/overstock will have a ton of options here just read reviews first. If you’re looking for something different and have some cash to spend check out some David Yurman bracelets.

  3. Sunglasses: I have aviators that I lose basically once every six months, good quality/look good. Whatever fits your face best should work here. You can usually find a quality pair for $60-150.

  4. Hair cuts: Go spend the extra money to get a nice haircut, you’ll feel confident and you will look better if you get it done by a stylist. Depending on where you go they may be also able to fix up your facial hair too (if you have any). Get some hair products to help style your hair and hold the way you want it to. I like crew's stuff, lasts a really long time, works well and is really cheap. https://www.americancrew.com/products

Where to shop

There are a lot of ways to get high quality nicely fitted clothing like I pictured above for decent prices.

  1. In person: outlet malls, if you have an outlet mall nearby I would suggest checking it out. If you have a student/teacher ID card I would tell you to definitely bring it to these places chances are you’ll get a discount for that too.
  2. In person: nordstrom rack, designer clothes and basically everything is on sale. You can also find very nice, quality shoes here for ~$150.
  3. Online: amazon, just read the reviews before purchasing to make sure it’s good quality and will fit you, amazon has a ton of super nice-looking clothes that can be easily be mistaken for designer clothing. Just need to find the good quality and deals.
  4. Online: https://factory.jcrew.com/ Different fits for different body types, nice looking, good quality clothing for fairly cheap.

Conclusion

At the end of the day these are things that have worked well for me. Take anything you find interesting here and put your own spin on it. You don't need to follow everything to a T, but this should provide you a nice framework to start. Stay posted for more parts to follow. The next one should be about being able to manage your emotions in a more effective way. If anyone has any good suggestions to definitely go ahead and post it in the comments.
