This has got me thinking, would complementing a girl you just met solely for her looks (ex: "can't keep my eyes off you", "your stunning" etc) be too direct and shallow? I feel like girls love to hear that stuff, even if you should be complimenting her for something specific like her hair or something. If the vibes are right, would this be ok to do or is it coming too strong?
