Hey guys. I need some advice on something. I got into a dance school about 2 years ago. I admit it was part for liking to dance and part to meet new people and socialize. Some encounters turned out good, some not so good.

The issue now is that I am facing is this. I find the instructor (more like a co-instructor) of the dance school pretty attractive. She is very cute and young, talented but always always extremely professional and does almost never give out any signals. I have known her since I joined, but hesitated to make a move mostly because dating any kind of instructors is a taboo. I do have noticed some faint signs of attraction, but in the particular setting, are negligible. Her self is not particularly attractive (or, more precisely, she is, but she is overshadowed by several other girls in the school), but I do find her cute and the fact that she is a genuinely nice and fun person, makes me want to date her seriously.

The problem is, naturally, how do I approach her. I have known her I joined the school but I feel I only know her name. We never talked about personal things. To add to the problem, it is generally very hard to talk to her alone. I either see her at the school with other students or a dance parties where she is constantly dancing or doing PR. I am quite reluctant to employ PUA techniques on her mainly because we have known each other for so long. Any advice?
