I've found that having one where they can see you've got a good body also quite helps. It can't be you posing like a muscle-head, it needs to be natural and spontaneous.

Since I changed my main picture to a picture a friend took of my once when I was washing up some dishes without my t-shirt on, (I look back with a natural smile, my triceps were tensed and they can see some definition in my back as well, not too revealing but shows I'm fit), matches have doubled!
