Just go do it for fun man, not necessarily to meet women. Imo high quality women are built and not found, just some women are better blueprints than others.

In a pilates class, or any similar setting, you initially have one shot with one woman. If she turns you down, none of the other women there want to date you.

If the first woman sleeps with you, and you manage to keep this secret, then you may be able to sleep with more participants.

It's not a great place to meet women, and not terrible. I rate it a 4/10.

Dating apps + social events are better.

You will mostly just meet women who like to do pilates. For the love of all that is holy man please don't live the rest of your life like this.

I live next to a Pilates studio. It's the only place I've consistently seen attractive, fit women in my daily life. I've never gone to a class because I know it's a struggle to socialize in a class setting like that: Either you have to become friends with some of them, form or join an existing social group with several of the other members, and play it slow to form a natural connection with one of them; or after a couple classes you go for one of them and ask her out and it works out and you find a girlfriend, or it she rejects you or it crashes and burns and going back will be awkward for everyone.

I actually had the realization lately that I need to figure out where the Pilates/Yoga/Gym girls socialize outside of their workouts and try to meet one there instead, cause those types of girls seem to be the only girls I'm attracted to in 2024/who are not overweight.

I'm thinking I need to start going for lunch at the casual restaurants next to the Pilates/yoga studios around me and try to meet one of them there.

If you or anyone else knows where these kinds of women congregate, let's create a list where we can find them. I feel like they lean against the bar scene cause it's not healthy, but I'm sure they still got out once or twice a month so not a horrible place to meet them. But if there's a specific brewery or hangout spot they go to, I want to figure out where that is so I can go there with my friends and then try and meet women and find a relationship.

Stop designing you life to meet women—- live the greatest life you want to and that interests you and you will naturally meet women.

It will create depth and character— for example let’s say you always wanted to race cars— and you join an amateur race car circuit— chances are you likely meet very little women there but when you do meet women in your day to day life you have more depth and interest that will be able to capture a women’s attention.

So long story short — stop engineering a meet woman lifestyle— and engineer a self fulfilling lifestyle. There’s no fulfilled man that’s single unless it’s by choice.

I wouldn't necessarily go to a class with the intention of meeting high quality women, as that's stupid and a waste of time. Yeah, there will be attractive women in there, but they are literally everywhere.

You can hit on women anywhere at anytime as long as you have the social intelligence to know when a girl is indirectly telling you she is not interested. Women often do not communicate directly with men when it comes to dating, so they very rarely will come out and directly say no, so, as long as you can tell when a girl is indirectly communicating she is not interested, there is nothing wrong with approaching women during the day in public places.

So, just be observant of women everywhere and approach ones that appear high quality. Don't go there to meet women exclusively, because you don't want to get the reputation of the guy who hits on everyone in the class.

If you do decide to join the classes and hit on women, make sure you go about it indirectly and build attraction with these women over time by being mysterious and seductive so you can avoid obtaining the reputation of guy who hits on every girl in the class.

Tbh I feel ANY fitness class is mostly women. I started doing this one called F45 for 2-3 weeks. So far I’ve been the only single man attending those lol. Many pretty girls, and I just talk to them. Fitness classes of any kind are full of women

Edit: After reading other comments, I’m just doing this class to lose weight — that’s my main goal and also to improve my cardio endurance for better sex. I don’t really see these women as potential candidates for dating, but the practice of socializing with them helps me get comfortable just interacting with pretty girls.
