I drastically cut down to the point where I would go like 3 weeks without.

I have pretty much kicked the habit recently. I can't give you any definite pointers. But you have to just stop yourself. Just do it. You consciously know 'this is a bad idea' when you start looking. But then your mind tricks you into it. I'll just have a look. Then a bit of an edge. Then whoops.. I didn't mean to, but now I can just binge for the day. So you have to just say no, even if it's 'not today'. Then you've made it a bit further and you see more progress then you don't want to throw it away as much.

The most important thing is to get other things going on in your life. Then, it's easier to say 'no, I am working out at the gym later, I can't throw away all my energy'. Or 'I'm meeting these people tonight, gotta be feeling my best and sociable'. And so on.

The less time you spend on the computer and the more time you spend exercising, socialising etc, the less time you have to even think about sitting there jerking it to the screen.

I wrote this not long ago. This is about quitting smoking, I don't know if it aplies to Pmo addiction. For myself not jacking off everyday is already much better. Honestly, make sure you are not bored, I think boredom/understimulation is the cause of the addiction. Basicly using our dicks like dopamine dispensers.

Learning seduction was to me, a natural stepping stone from NoFap.
