Danced salsa with a new group of friends a few weeks ago. One of the girls there (one of the new friends) was incredibly attractive, we flirted a little bit but nothing too concrete as “flirting”.

I saw her tonight at a dinner party and forgot the name of the guy that I met the same night. In the moment I didn’t wanna be caught remembering her name but not his, so I pretended I didn’t remember hers. Went off fine.

Was that dumb? Probably should be more genuine is what I’m thinking. But also wanted to keep it chill like we didn’t converse THAT much for me to remember her name. Cause low key remembered hers cause I was enthralled with her haha.

EDIT: Btw, she’s not single, I knew this going into dinner party. So wasn’t too invested.
