After looking at your phone for a second, let a big, sly smile come over your face. Subtly shake your head "no". Basically pretend like you just got a dirty text from a hot girl. Then put your phone back in your pocket.

If a girl questions you, downplay it. Say "Oh it was nothing" all nonchalant, and then just continue talking about whatever it was you were talking about. Usually they won't say anything though and neither should you.
