Hey guys. I've been teaching seduction for a while, and I've worked a lot with Cajun, who is known for his emphasis on body language. I have never encountered a student who couldn't improve his body language, and a lot of the guys who are having trouble are actually repelling girls with their body language.

I used to be one of those guys. I would always slouch, never hold eye contact, I was stiff, nervous. I'm really skinny so it shows a lot (5'9, 127 lbs). Improving my body language took a long time, but it gave me more noticeable results than any other change I made.

So here is how I did it:

The first thing you need to do is bring awareness to body language. You, and everyone you see. It's a lot easier to read other people's body language than our own, so start by observing other people.

Look at every person you see, and observe their subtle body language and what it communicates about them. Look at how people stand, walk, move... look at their eye contact, facial expressions, their posture, and also observe their voice tone, how fast or slow they speak, how they react to other people around them, etc.

It's fun to start to make guesses about people from observing their body language. Guess how successful or rich someone is, guess how much or little guys get laid, guess if the person is having a good day or a bad day. What you'll soon realize, and you already probably know, is that these aren't just guesses, these are assumptions that you make about people all the time. You are constantly making assumptions about people based on their body language. Now here's the kicker; people are doing the same about you.

People are observing your body language, and making assumptions about you. More importantly, attractive women are observing your body language and making assumptions about you. Start to observe yourself, and notice what you are communicating. I can almost always tell how desperate a guy is with women just by looking at the way he walks. Guys who slouch and look timid usually don't do too well. Guys who stand stiff with their chests puffed out usually do a bit better, but they come off as trying too hard. They still get naive girls, but they don't radiate real confidence. The guys that get laid a lot and are great with women stand straight and confident, but also come off as very relaxed. They don't give a shit, but they also don't doubt themselves. Male leads in Hollywood all have great body language; Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Tom Cruise. I recently watched Knight and Day with Tom Cruise and his body language is perfect. Very confident, and very nonchalant. He's always relaxed and having fun.

So, it's often tough to be honest with ourselves, but really level with yourself. Do you have the body language of an attractive man? What is your main issue? For me, it was slouching, and not holding eye contact. So, I practiced standing straight all the time. It felt weird. I felt like people were going to notice that I was standing weird. I checked myself in the mirror and I didn't look weird at all. Maybe to my friends who know me, but I see people on the street standing like that all the time and I never notice it as being weird.

So know that it might feel weird for a while. It took me months, maybe even a year to get over the weird feeling of standing straight and confidently, because I had been slouching for over 20 years!

I would forget a lot, but have something to remind you. Like a rubber band on your wrist or something. Whenever you remember, stand up straight. This is especially important when you are alone. If you don't feel comfortable standing up straight alone, you'll never feel comfortable doing it in front of other people. And remember, it's not just your posture, it's also the relaxed and comfortable vibe you give off. So start practicing right now.

Also for eye contact, I realized that whenever your eyes meet, one person breaks eye contact first. That was always me. I decided I was going to wait till the other person did it first. This applies in every situation. When your eye's meet a hot girls' on the street, or if you're talking to friends, always let the other person break the eye contact first. But use social intelligence here and don't freak people out. Too much eye contact is weird.

Other things you can work on: Speaking more loudly, speaking more slowly, not putting hands in pockets, locking in when you're at a bar (leaning on something), smiling, not looking around too much (when you do, do it slowly, and move your whole body instead of just your head).

Good luck to you guys. Remember that this can take months or years, but it's really important to keep working on.
