This isn't exclusive to girls/pick-up and the like, but I think it's definitely applicable, and if not it's just some life advice. With the warm months coming, this is what I've been thinking about.

  • Life is short, take risks. It's a beat the hell cliche, but cliches are cliches for a reason: they're mostly true. When you're on your deathbed are you gonna be glad you chose to avoid asking that girl out, or talking to that other girl? No, it's better to have done something and regret it than to not do something and regret it even further.

  • Our time is precious on this earth, carpe the fucking diem. The quote that really got me off my ass and amped is, "We avoid risks in life so we can make it safely to death."

  • I'm a big believer that music GREATLY affects our day-to-day moods. Flipping through my summer playlists now stuff that gets me smiling and singing along I see a lot electronic dance stuff (Kap Slap), pop punk (Blink-182) and mellow hip-hop/rap (Wiz Khalifa). Post stuff that you guys like!

  • A trick to keeping good posture that I've used recently is trying to stick out your collarbone slightly. It'll force you to roll your shoulders back slightly, pull your chin up and push your chest forward. Don't overdo it but it helps me.

  • Because, well posture and body language are huge. Bad posture makes you look scared, unfit and self-conscious. Which you aren't. You are awesome, start looking like it. Look up pictures of suave dudes like Gosling and Clooney. They're always standing straight up with confidence.

  • If you got it, flaunt it dude!. Wear tank tops if you've got nice arms. Run shirtless if you're cut. Wear bright, exciting colors at the beach. Dress to the occasion, then add your own personal flair. Guys like looking at girls in little clothes, and girls like looking at guys in little clothes.

  • Get out in the sun and expel energy! Getting my juices flowing and working up a sweat always gets my confidence up. Vitamin D does the body good too.

  • It's easy to get intimidated nowadays that girls are looking hotter than ever, but don't act any differently. Every girl is approachable! Be confident, charismatic and cheerful. So many people get caught up in sticking to their going out/pick-up 'routine' that they forget to smile and have fun.
