There are multiple ways to attract women. You'll see different styles of creating attraction and chemistry because men have different personalities.

But, from all my friends who are good they have similar qualities. Learn to embody these qualities.

They are confident. They are self-amused. They know how to be in the moment.

Also, it's fine to be friendly and build rapport to get social comfort, but to be a man that she is attracted you'll need to transition out of boring conversation.

Two easy ways to do this is through flirting and having good eye contact.

Learn to flirt, be fun and playful. If you aren't good at flirting, practice with all girls at every chance you get.
