“I’m busy but let’s do it soon/here is when I’m available” is a clear shot to reschedule

Hey man, first off I respect you for having the courage to even ask a crush out multiple times. Not a lot of guys have that in them so you're honestly off to a good start. Second, whether she says yes or no, you have to learn to take rejection in order to grow. Take this experience, learn from it and apply what you learned for the future regardless of what you decide to do.

My personal opinion: It's important to know your worth and not waste your shot on someone who doesn't deserve it/values it.

A girl who wants to spend time with you will make an effort to do so. If you asked her out twice and she said she couldn't/was busy without adding "but I'm free on this date.." that's a sign she isn't interested. Girls don't want to shut you down directly because they feel bad and the truth is, rejecting someone isn't a good feeling regardless of who does it/receives it (even though receiving it def hurts more).
If it's just a work relationship then that's most likely another sign she doesn't want to pursue the same intentions as you. For example: do you go to work together/leave together? do you look for each other during your shifts? do you two talk mostly about work or has she ever showed genuine interest in getting to know you? Who pursues the other person more? Do you guys flirt with each other/distract each other at work? ... these questions are useful in recognizing if someone is interested in you because as I said before "she will make an effort to spend time with you".

I want you to do what feels right because you know your situation better than any reddit user but I also don't want you to make a mistake you could have avoided by learning from somebody else's, because as much as I want you to learn from your own mistakes, learning from other's might save you some time ;)

If I sounded harsh in any way, this is just the advice I would want someone to give me in your situation. I would much rather get told a bitter reality than have false hope when the signs are more than evident (from what you have described).

P.S: if you do plan on asking her out, make it an invite to something you want to/are actually going to do regardless of whether she comes or not (activities are always best for first dates) (ex: going to the golf range/checking out a new place/thrift shipping/going to the city/any outdoor activity you enjoy doing in your spare time. The best date you can go on is one where you feel most relaxed/comfortable and doing things you enjoy is a great way to have fun on a date because it's not forced or fake. If she says no again, just keep it neutral like "no worries, let me know if you change your mind" and then move on, it might take some time because we're not robots but just keep your options open and never stop focusing on yourself and how you can better yourself every single day, as this is the key to any form of success.

I think that should be it, don’t invite her again. Don’t stop talking to her or greeting her, but let her do the pursuing.

She will again message you back once she is okay, but you should move on till then, do not waste your time because if girl is interested in you, you will definitely get strong clues.

I think she isn't interested, I would wait a week and maybe ask her again if I haven't moved on myself. Don't ask her, but instead say hey I'm going to go here or do this and ask if she wants to join.
