So I've been getting some advice saying I should work on myself and I've been doing that for the past year-ish but haven't found much success yet. I was wondering if anyone had any other tips/suggestions for me.

I'm 21M and about to graduate college. I’ve got a job that’ll pay me 250k+ now, set to make ~300k before 25 and possibly ~500k before 30, especially if you consider investment/passive income opportunities. Financially, my family is lower-middle class but I feel like I've set myself up for success given my upbringing. I've started an investment account, have my Roth and Traditional IRAs set up, will be planning to make an HSA when I start working, have ~800 credit score, have a plan for how I want to invest my money (equities and real estate). I'm also looking into other ways to maximize my passive income, but honestly I feel like even if I just continued on my path as is I'd be alright. Personally I feel like making money is probably the most straightforward/easy part of my life since it's all so calculated for me.

I also started working out 6 days/week (bench 1.6x bw, squat and deadlift 2x) and have a six pack now. I'm looking into incorporating more cardio, but I'm happy with my progress considering I was overweight when 2019 started (although not by that much).

In terms of style, I do my hair now (although pretty basic), bought myself nice clothes (designer jeans, james purse, norse projects, acne studios, etc.), invested into some nice shoes (common projects, koios, etc.) and also some accessories (nice watch, sunglasses).

In terms of hygiene, I brush my teeth twice a day, wear deodorant, cologne when i go out, shampoo every other day, conditioner every day, wash and moisturize my face.

Hobbies wise I like trading stocks, watching sports, playing video games, outdoorsy things, playing poker. I'm in school clubs for some of my hobbies as well as career-related things. I also started going out around once a week and it's led to meeting more people but usually I'll never see most of them again.

My problem is that no one I’m interested in ever seems to reciprocate. It’s not like I never tried. Usually when I ask to hang out or something I’ll get ignored and that’ll be it (most will respond if I message just as a friend). I’ve tried being friends first but that would never lead to anything so my friends told me to stop trying to be their friend and honestly it’s way less painful now since I never really lost anything by trying. Either way, a year ago I used to not even remotely express any interest so in that sense I feel like I've made progress. I just don't know what else I should work on to take that next step. I do know socially I have stuff to work on though, but it's a lot harder to quantify that so I just figured going out more and putting myself in social situations was my best bet there. I've also tried to learn "game" from my friends and although it's nice that a lot of the advice is more tangible or quantifiable and it's easier to implement when going out since everyone's drunk, I feel like I still don't "play the part" well to make it work for me yet. I will say it has led to me making out with one girl though so I guess you could say it's worked better than anything else I've tried so far.
