No, you want to start in hard mode.

When I was really young I was in the military and I was just learning seduction. I got laid while on an overnight pass in basic training and it was really easy because we had an equal ratio of men and women and the women hadn't gotten laid in months and were told to not have sex under any circumstances, which made them want it more. Getting laid took no effort at all.

I went home for a few months and didn't get laid at all. Women weren't responding to anything I was offering. It felt so much harder to meet women than it was in basic.

Later, I ended up stationed at a post where the ratio of men to women was something like 30:1. I threw my best game at the few women on the base but I didn't get anywhere because they all had a hundred guys trying to get into their pants.

However, when I got home, it was ridiculously easy to meet women. Pressure makes diamonds, and after spending a year putting forth my best game only to be shot down constantly, I was suddenly getting laid all of the time. I was amazed at how easy it was.

Start on hard mode.

easy mode is actually also approaching girls you don't find attractive lol, still go to college campus I can't think right now a better place for that hahaha

Going to a foreign country where they don't speak your language makes it easier to approach them because all you have to do is ask them "do you speak English?" but the language barrier will be a big obstacle.

Here I am in Ukraine asking if they speak English VIDEO or if they only know English at a very basic level VIDEO - but in this case there is no way to continue, I tried to make a joke but they got the joke after a few seconds. That is not the way to do it.

there is the language barrier, you would need to practice with women around college campus where the English level is moderate, I'd say no, there are plenty of women wherever you are, if you want to overcome that, I'd try getting into activities with lots of women, like yoga and dancing classes, and who doesn't like that shit?, it's healthy, and women love it, and then just approach and open lots of women, with casual questions, the best place to do that is actually around areas with lots of college campuses and stuff, damn I forgot but someone said the other day a cool places in the US for that, damn it I'll have to check the saved comments.
