Read the book “She Comes First” As long f as she comes, I do t think it’s a race who is first, but a lot of times women fake it or don’t make it. I have never heard women desire men to come first unless they just want it to end.

I think for the first few times with a new relationship prospect/huge crush it doesn't matter at all. When I was single, I expected nothing awesome the first few times since there's a lot of pressure there for the guy to perform, and you're just launching into something that could be a big deal. OTOH if it's strictly casual and you don't expect sex to happen again, you should definitely make sure both parties get off. Doing anything less is kinda rude, since there won't be a chance to get back to her later on.

Additional caveat: When a guy talks about how much he enjoys going downtown before sex happens, in my experience it tends to imply that he has trouble with getting hard or orgasming from PV sex alone. It's super common, and there are workarounds, but if that's not an issue for you maybe don't discuss at first - you don't want to give the wrong impression.
