From what I'm reading now, you will make up thousands of excuses not to approach a girl even if she is attractive. Get rid of ''limiting to certain girls''. Instead, talk to everyone. You can start conversations with girls you find unattractive without any intention. You can even have conversations with guys. This will boost your mood and improve social skills. Do this everyday and you will get the motivation to approach and skills to date attractive girls you find on the streets.

The bridge to learning seduction is to learn social skills first. You need to go out and seek expirience talking to strangers. Guys and girls, like the other poster said. This is actually my warmup for talking to girls, start with talking to a bunch of random people old and young, male and female that you would NEVER fuck. Then move on to talk to the girls you want to fuck.

I'm 18 right now and I was previously in the same position as you. The thing that worked for me was to warm up before I cold approached a girl. I would warm up by making small talk or asking questions to people working in a shop, at a bus stop, anywhere really, as long as I made good conversation. Eventually I would warm myself up enough and the real, cold approach to a girl wouldn't seem nearly as daunting, and would almost seem easy. This is a 100% foolproof way of approaching. Exposure therapy > Shock therapy from my experience.
