You've given us zero details here. What "woman?" It makes sense that you'd call your GF and expect her to call you back within a reasonable timeframe. It makes less sense to call a woman you haven't even met yet and expect her to call you back. She may not even know what the hell you want and why you're so adamant about calling her in the first place when most people under 40 primarily just text. Ppl seem to be more comfortable with a text these days. I would send one text, no call... call can come after a text conversation. If she doesnt answer the one text, then let it go. If she wanted to talk she would text back. And hey, dont worry about it, it happens to everyone. Shes just not interested and we've all had that happen. Ur ok, dont take it personal. Hard to say based on this information. Either she isn’t interested or she is too shy over phone calls. Generally you should be unreactive not confrontational. You can try going direct and asking for a date and getting a yes or no.

No it sounds like she just doesn't like to talk on the phone. Be happy texting with her for now but I wouldn't put all my eggs in one basket with her. If she didn't return any of your phone calls and I would keep your options open and keep talking with other girls. After a week and a half she could have at least returned one phone call. A text is nice but she could have returned a call within a week and a half. Make sure you keep that feel free to call option open with other girls because this one does not seem so enthusiastic about you calling

Now a days I just schedule a time when to call until the relationship is at a certain level. That being said it’s rude to ignore calls but you can always call it out and see how she responds, you don’t know what is going on on her end.
