No. If you're sure you don't want any kind of serious relationship? Then don't. You'll just end up hunting her. Don't do anything that gives her hope. Try to avoid interaction with her. Any thing to help her understand that she has no chance with you. With out being an asshole.

You can’t go for FWB if she doesn’t agree to that. If she does it with you consensually then it’s ethically right.

I know some women who are looking for something serious but also have a casual sex once in a while. Sex is a biological need, you can’t just suppress it until you find the so-called right person. What if you find him/her years later? That’s how long you gonna go abstain?

I don't think there's anything wrong with asking if she might want a FWB-relation.
