Here are 2 ways to approach this:

You can try being honest. Let them know what's up. There is a boldness aspect to being honest, but some will be put off by the lack of experience. If that ruins your chances with a girl, so be it. What else are you gonna do, pretend like you know what you're doing and look like an idiot anyway?
Just go for it. It's just a hand hold or a kiss, it's not like you're performing surgery or operating an airplane. So what if it's awkward? It's your first time dammit.

Remember, no ones hits a home run the very first time they're up to bat. Expect lots of fouls and strikeouts, and do not fear or be ashamed of them.

Ok so here's the thing: first you should read the guides on the sidebar, especially the ones about how to touch a girl. It'll give you some frame of reference, even if it is only theoretical.

Watching videos could help, but you'll never do it if you don't try. Once you have an understanding of how to talk to people and touch them as part of the conversation (which you can read about here, or...) go out and do it. Talk to classmates, neighbors, whoever. Kino appropriately.

Read books/articles and practice a lot. There's a lot resources that can teach you the nitty-gritty details, and I'm sure you're intelligent enough to find them. The sidebar is a good starting point.

It doesn't matter that you don't know how to seduce. The only thing that matters is that you're willing to learn and put in the effort to practice. If you're not, then you're pretty much shit out of luck.

Well yeah, you're probably gonna screw a lot of things up in the beginning. But that's how you learn. Making mistakes is okay! That's how you learn and grow.

Like dude, Michael Jordan wasn't born an all-star basketball player. The Governator wasn't born swole. Warren Buffet had to learn the stock market, he wasn't born with the knowledge. Some of them were born with more advantages than others, but ultimately, they had to fucking grind to get to where they are.
