Just two quick tips:

  1. Take some space from all of your 'dominant friends'. If you want to learn how to be dominant, you need to spend time learning to make all the shots especially with the people around you. In conversations, there's always a natural yin-yang. One person leads and the other is more submissive. If you artificially put yourself in a situation where you're 90%+ calling the shots, you'll learn more naturally to hold frame. you're not gonna convert a relationship with an already dominant friend into one where you lead. So, unfortunately, in my experience, the best thing I had to do was take a break. This is one of the reasons why people say moving to a new town is always a good way to get better at seduction. It's because you need to take charge and you don't have people who will naturally take that from you. And if you're inherently leading, even with male friends, that constant exposure makes you feel more comfortable playing the extravert. And that skill set carries over to when you're on a date.
  2. Another tip I have for flirting is to never give a straight answer. If I get asked a question during text, the first thing on my mind is how to reply in a funny way. And if you keep making these jokes, you can refer to them later on. It's one of the more convenient ways to build a fast repertoire of inside jokes. And practicing this in text helps you develop that same sense of humor in person. And honestly, this is 80% of the battle when it comes to flirting because you're already joking and being a tease; all that's left is to learn how to tease her.

This isn't seduction per say, but it's 2 great drills that have moved me miles forward very quickly.
