I am a 22M. So, little bit of background. Was living life like an absolute loser, but maintained my academics and career plans. I used to lift but let that go and got fat and round. I had a gf and decided to fix my life after I got dumped.
I'm now in the best shape of my life and lean as hell. I take care of my skin, facial appearance, fashion sense, everything I need to. I've practiced approaching and I have no nerves or anxiety walking up to girls. The goal was for my friend to point to any girl and I would have to, immediately, without question, walk up and talk to her and try to close.
Now here's my problem: I can talk to girls for 10-20mins but I don't see that much interest from girls I talk to. I get approached in clubs by girls that tell me I have the nicest fashion sense or the coolest earrings, or that have told me they noticed me and thought I was attractive, etc so I know I'm good enough on looks to start focusing on the more nuanced versions of game. But I'm assuming I'm failing because my self esteem is still low. I can't hold frame effectively and I don't often reflect the best body language, So women lose interest very quickly after the conversation starts.
And finally, the question: To the people that have dug themselves out of the hole I find myself in, can you provide a step by step guide or key goals that I should focus on. Obviously I'm not asking you to hand feed me some formula that always works because I know that doesn't exist. I just respond better if I have a direct plan of attack rather than trying to shotgun and improve 1000 different things at the same time. Essentially, what I'm asking is what I should focus on first (i.e., my body language, learning to fake confidence, getting better at more interesting conversation, learning to tease women, etc) and in what order I should focus on these things (if there's something I'm missing feel free to add). I'm asking that if you guys were going to write a book on game, what would your chapter titles be, so I know the order in which I should progress. And if you guys have any good books on giving off a more dominant presence, I would really appreciate it. By dominant I mean like those guys from Peaky Blinders. Similarly, if there are any other books that you think are worth reading, even if they don't involve game but teach me to be a better man, I'm all ears.
