So, here's the story:

I was sitting at a stoplight on my way home from a friend's place when this car with an HB6 and HB8 (sitting in the passenger seat) pulls up to the left of me. I turn to look, and when I caught them looking back, I flash them a smile, nothing to it, just a smile that I would give when I see a good friend. They smile back, and at this point, I froze. I started to look straight ahead, trying not to look beside me again, but a few moments later I hear banging coming from the car beside me: turns out the girls were trying to get my attention again, motioning for me to roll down my window, and when I did, the HB8 handed me a piece of paper with both girls phone numbers on it. The light turns green and the car drives away, with both girls telling me to call them, leaving me feeling like a million bucks.

What I learned from that experience is this: I did absolutely nothing besides stepping out of my comfort zone and flashing a simple smile at some cute girls, and I managed to get two numbers. So don't make up excuses to not approach or think it's too hard, truth is it's very simple.
