Frame - If you feel uncomfortable so will the other person. If you identify with what your saying it doesn't really matter what you talk about with humor its being aware that your having fun for yourself being outcome independent is key. That said its usually easier said than done, so you will need a bit of trail and error no smooth sailing tricks work in the real world.

Now I'm not saying i'm an expert or something but i read mystery method while i was in college and i pirated the project go vids but i learned quickly there was a cultural difference and i couldn't directly port the skills as they are directly. After a long while though i figured out it was more about HOW you say things rather than WHAT , you could be reciting Cicero's In Catilinam (in original Latin) but if you do it in a humorous, confident manner with eye contact and kino here and there your chances are gonna masively sky rocket

This could work or ... it could result in bone crushing, ego shattering, soul destroying rejection.

You can go ahead and do it if you think it works for you, but I highly prefer something I can do anywhere and not feel like an asshole. "Hi, I'm woujo" works for me.

This is how I see it: You can say a lot of weird, crazy shit to a person to get them to talk to you. But my goal is a long term interaction: at least fucking, maybe dating. So you don't want to automatically put yourself in a hole where you started with a weird, creepy opener. They may start talking to you, but they will always have that weird first impression in their head of what you did.
