Hey guys , so a weird question here So basically today I was outside my a random college waiting for my friend ( it's just a place where we meet) and I see this girl standing at the college gate with 2 guys and three girls and she's giving eye contact , however I don't know if this is a situation where I can even make a conversation since I'm neither a student there nor do I know her ,plus she's in a group.
