Been out of a 6-year relationship for a few months now, and the few (25-30) times I've felt in the mood to cold approach, I've done so without really feeling nervous. Number-close rate is about 70%, but I've only been successful in getting one of the women out on a date (it went well). Incidentally, one of the first times I ever cold-approached was the interaction with the girl I ended up dating for 6 years, and I was extreeeeeemely nervous throughout (it was also very brief).

Is it possible the reason I'm getting ghosted is that I'm giving off a player or fuckboy vibe, or am I giving myself too much credit here? Should add that I don't often spend more than 2-3 minutes with any particular girl, so as to not take up too much of her time if she'd rather not be speaking to me and is doing a good job of hiding it.
